We kindly invite you to this year's installment of the DHCP, which will take place from October 31st to November 2nd 2025 in Heilbronn, Germany. We are looking for talks and workshops on topics such as digital rights, hardware, software, networks or any interesting topic. The talks should be 30 or 60 minutes long and be suitable for a tech-loving audience. By default, the talk duration includes time for questions. You can decide for yourself how much time you want to allow for this. If you give a workshop, we can provide tables for you.

Your submission should include a meaningful title and an informative short description.

By submitting a talk, you agree to the publication of the recording on media.ccc.de under CC-BY 4.0 license, unless you object to the publication.
